The Interstate 5 Bridge Bi-State Tolling Subcommittee will be holding a virtual meeting on Aug. 26, 2026. The virtual meeting will take place via Zoom from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and will also be streamed live on TVW.

The Oregon and Washington Transportation Commissions have entered into a bi-state agreement to proceed with a cooperative and mutual joint process for setting toll rates and policies for the I-5 Bridge over the Columbia River. The two Commissions have formed a subcommittee that will focus on assessing toll rate and policy options and will make recommendations to the full memberships of the Washington and Oregon Transportation Commissions for their consideration and action.
