The Modified Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA) is a foundation for what to study in the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement. The program acknowledges that additional work and analyses beyond what is reflected in the Modified LPA will be necessary as the program moves forward. The following list of program commitments highlights many of the additional work items the program is planning to prioritize and implement. This list is not all-encompassing and does not indicate a ranking of priorities, but reflects a high-level overview of examples of future work known to also be of high importance to local program partner agencies and program advisory groups.
